How Will the Project Be Carried Out?

STEP 1

After filling out and submitting the contact form or sending us a message by phone, you will receive an appointment for your initial consultation, the Meet Start, to better understand your needs and address any questions. Meet Start is free of charge.

STEP 2

Following the Meet Start, we will send you a proposal outlining the project scope, timelines, and costs. Once the proposal is approved, you will receive the invoice and contract via email. On the next business day after the initial project payment and contract signing, we will begin the project. You will receive an email with instructions for tracking and participating in the project. During the project development, you can request a Meet Support session, a meeting to discuss details or clarify any questions.

STEP 3

At the end of the project, you will receive the final project invoice via email and an appointment for the final meeting, the Meet UX, an evaluation and support session. On the next business day after the final payment is completed, you will receive the final materials for implementation in your brand as instructed.
